Ingredients
Yellow, red, orange and green Peppers
Olive oil
Sunset Seasoned Salt
Brown Sugar Chili Rub & Seasoning
Instructions
Heat a grill to medium-high. Core and quarter the peppers or grill smaller peppers whole. Brush skin side with olive oil, place the peppers on the grill skin-side down, cover and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Remove skin, if you like. Sprinkle with your favourite Sunset Seasoning and serve hot on their own or add to your favourite dish.
*Grilled Peppers are great with Smokies or Dogs or as a side.
